Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the 153 platform via our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 153 platform.

These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing any part of our services. 153 reserves the right to change, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use after changes are published indicates your acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are using the platform voluntarily and responsibly.

Account Creation & User Security

Each user is allowed to register only one (1) personal account on the 153 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and can result in termination of all related accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 153 may request identity verification at any time, including before processing fund withdrawals. Verification documents may include a valid Malaysian identity card or passport copy.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 153 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to secure your login information. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

  • Passwords must be kept confidential and not shared with anyone.
  • You agree to log out after each session, especially when using shared devices.
  • 153 reserves the right to temporarily suspend accounts for security verification purposes.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the 153 platform agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or those prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. Specifically prohibited activities include the following:

  • Using any automation software, bots, scripts, or other methods to access or use the platform for unfair advantage.
  • Engaging in any fraud, cheating, or deceptive activities against the platform or other users.
  • Registering with false information or impersonating another person.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage systems, servers, or networks related to the 153 platform.
  • Using another person’s account without permission, even with the account owner’s consent.
  • Exploiting any technical errors or clear odds inconsistencies for unfair profit.

Any breach of these rules grants 153 the right to suspend or terminate your account, withhold balances pending investigation, and take legal action if necessary.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 153 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited come from legitimate sources and are your own. 153 does not accept deposits from third parties on your behalf.

Supported deposit methods include FPX (Malaysia bank online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to policies updated from time to time and can be checked in your account panel.

For withdrawals, the bank account name must match the name registered on your 153 account. 153 reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawals that do not meet these verification requirements. Withdrawals are usually processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the chosen method and verification needs.

153 is not responsible for any losses arising from transaction delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers beyond our control.

Liability Limits & Account Termination Policy

Liability Limits

The 153 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 153 does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free technical performance, or complete security from external cyber threats. In any case, 153’s liability to you will not exceed the balance available in your account at the time of the claim.

153 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if 153 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

153 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any term in this document.
  • Suspected or confirmed fraud, cheating, or dishonest activities.

  • Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If your account is terminated, any verified and valid balance will be refunded to you via the original payment method, subject to the resolution of any related investigations.
